Just a note to convey that the "Sea Shift" crew was very pleased with the accomodations at the Larkspur Landing Hotel!

Thank you Linda and Roger for arranging the Larkspur as the "marina" to stay at for the SBS/CBC in '09. (I didn't even have to insert any quarters in a meter to take a shower.... :lol: )
 
And the washers and dryers were free too. Next year I will bring my laundry.
 
HI everyone The Hotel was Great we loved it Good times were had by all. This Hotel gets our vote for next year

The Hotel mgr was great he mailed us our keys to florida that were misplaced we got them the next day from fed-ex good job Thanks again for a good times Jim and Loree on Jennykatz

Hey Marty - I know you only live a few miles away, but you should have come over to one or the other (or both) of the parties!

Now that I know that, I'm gonna start saving my laundry up now. Anyone know where I can find a bigger hamper than the one I've got? :mrgreen:
 
I'd bring mine too but at $15+ to check a bag :shock: , probably not worth it.

We did enjoy our stay there, the rooms were nice and the meeting room, if a little small, was OK. If it gets bigger, we'll just branch out into the breakfast room (which we did already) and the lobby! :lol:

HI everyone the Hotel was very nice Good rates and real nice people to work with . I don't know what the count was but it seemed big enough just go over into the breakfast room like we did .

Just a side note We lost our car keys in the Hotel they sent them back to us the next day fed-ex that is customer serv these are the type of people I want ato keep doing business with Jim and Loree

I just recieved this note in an email from Linda,our wonderfull travel agent.

Hello to the C-Brats that made it to the 2009 Boat Show and to those that didn't ! I just wanted to say thank you all for continuing to book through STANWOOD TRAVELDESK for the last 5 years and hopefully for many more years to come. Even though we booked a little more than half the number of rooms that we usually do (39 this year), I think you'll agree with me that the Larkspur Landing was a very comfortable, friendly hotel. It's one that I'd like to see our group return to if the "cozy meeting room quarters" can be delt with.
I got a personal call from the hotel thanking me for booking such a nice, friendly, wonderful group. They were truly impressed and appreciative....as I alway am.
