Hi, I have to sale my two kayaks so I posted them to craiglist. I just wanted to post them here first and give any brat a change at them. If a brat buys one I will donate $50 to the site, but you cant talk me down to much.
I bought the wood one to train for a trip and until I could find a touring model. well no sooner then I bought it I found a touring model. So why sell? I only got to use them one or two days this summer before cracking a rib falling off a dock and then a week later getting in a car wreck that broke a rib. Not in the mood to paddle right now and will just buy other boats later. Plus I need the money right now.
the wood clc 17 is fun to paddle and very fast. easy to turn and lean. its a little wiggley at rest but great on the go. I have only paddled twice before this boat and I had no problem getting around a lake for 2 hours. I really loved paddleing this boat. It just glides with every stroke. its the kind of boat the will make you want to kayak, it sure did me.

the necky 17 is a very stable boat with a lot of room for cruising. I also paddled this boat for a few days and really enjoyed it. I did not take it out on the salt but I can imagine how stable it would be in 2 footers. Lots of storage under the decks.
any way if you want call me or email me about the boats.
