Jabsco pump failures

Our "wash down pump" is a collapsible bucket. :lol:

This is our main water supply pump. I'm gonna re-position it up next to the port-side (house) battery. By getting it out of the bilge, I'm hoping we get more than one boating season of use from it. :roll:
 
New Johnson 2.9 arrived. I installed it on the port side battery tray, next to the house battery. Should stay "drier" there than in the bilge. Works great and seems quieter than the comparable Jabsco pump it replaces. Hopefully, it will last longer than one year.
