There's a couple of ways but the easiest is to put it in the Documents Thread in the "library" part of the forum listing. you add things as an attachment after explaining what they are. According to the thread, the allowable "extensions", those things after the *****. part of the name are:
ai doc dot pdf ppt ps xls
The "doc" one is for a word document, the "pdf" one, of course for the adobe acrobat format. 2MB is the maximum size.
You can always reference it in another posting however, even put a link to it there.
I think there are other areas that allow attachments too.
