interesting C-Dory on Craigs List Seattle

Roger that.

I can't tell you how many ads for "Chris Craft" boats I have seen, and gone to look at a boat that was some other brand. Sellers sometimes have no idea.

But I won't go so far as to say C-Dory didn't build that boat, it just doesn't carry any of thedesign hallmarks of the C-Dory or Marbin Marine designs.

YOur kidding probabbly, that thing has c-dory written all over. Ve see it this way, take one of the few bowpickers made, sharpen up the bow, move the cabin foward and ad trunk in front of that. Blocky cabin looks a lot like a blockd version of Alvig. Maybe a pre mold version. Maybe stitch and glue proto.

I'm with Roger Roger. Looks like a plywood version of a C-Dory, but not the real thing. Doesn't have the family traits.

No views of the stern, but looks more planked as in caraval planking- He has the name of the engine wrong--it is not SAAB as in the car made in Sweden, it is Sabb, as in a fishing boat engine made in Norway (I have owned one).

I doubt that this has any relation to a C Dory--but mostly likey is a home built semi dory. Salty looking, but overpriced.
