How long can you tread water?

I'm not sure if many of you have seen this on the news or not. A woman fell off a sail boat somewhere in Georgia Strait yesterday morning about 3 or 4 am. She wasn't discovered missing until the sail boat ran aground at the mouth of the Fraser River at about 4:30 AM. The boat running aground apparently roused her traveling companions who notified the Coat Guard. They finally found her approximately 9 hours after she went overboard without a life jacket and only wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Apparently she swam the whole time and was found on the opposite side of the Georgia strait from the boat. Check out the article keep treading

What a tale -- and her shipmates were "impaired." A mighty lucky (and plucky) lady.
 
She has a lot to be thankful for! Just surviving in the water for 9 hours up there is a feat let alone without a life jacket!
 
I think some people have some 'splainin' to do. :!:
 
if your caught running a boat impaired you lose your driving licence also .. when the two drunks woke up i bet they voted the lady "Captain" .. lol ..
