You DO realize that if this was a government website, you'd have to requisition the proper form, submit it in triplicate, get it back because you didn't put a period after the street abreviation for your next of kin contact information, re-submit, then have the person who forwards it on be on vacation so it sits on her desk for three weeks, then it gets forwarded to the person who looks at it and forwards it on again, then it goes to the regional office of "Photo Album Renaming", then returned to you because you didn't submit the $50 application fee, then you go through the whole chain again, meanwhile 4 months have passed, then it gets to the proper person, but they spell your album name wrong, so you have to start over again, only this time send it to the "Photo Album Renaming Correction Department", but budget cuts have eliminated most of the people in that department, so it takes the one over-worked guy who can make a correction another 8 months to get to your file, during which time he retires, and the next guy gets trained with your file and they delete it.
FORTUNATELY for you, Da Nag totally kicks ass and gets it done in less than a day and... for FREE! Are we spoiled or what? :wink And this isn't even his regular job!!!! If only customer service for Microsoft, Adobe, Apple, Epson, Ford, Honda, and almost every other BUSINESS were this good. Da Nag, you rule!
Best wishes,
Jim B.
