I'm not sure what this thing is called! I'm about to fashion a hose clamp to mine and some silicone. Anyone know the terminology for what this flange the rigging hose fits over? The one on the other engine is wobbly and loose.

Some call this a "Rigging tube"--so a rigging tube flange--would be the terminology for the flange.

I have a shop manual for the Honda's--and can check that later in the day.

Yes it is rigging tube which easy to find but the grommet is specific to outboards. The boat end is common part match to rigging tube diameter. When derigging, I suggest replacing the fuel hose inside the tube if hasn't been replaced recently just to be proactive

For Yamaha , go to https://www.simyamaha.com/RIGGING_COMPONENTS_s/1813.htm

Dr Bob will post the Honda info

on that engine the corrugated tube has become disconnected from the rigging tube that it should fit over. I see no threads of any sort. I'm going to silicone it and use a hose clamp

On this fuel hose replacement, I've never done such. How often does this need to be done? My boat is covered so the hoses have very little UV exposure. I see not cracks or signs of deterioration.

The fuel line is inside the rigging tube and a good time to replace it when derigging items from the motor side for new flange and tube, and inspect throttle cables and electrical wires. It takes a couple hours
