Holding Tank Level Monitor

We have a 2007 Cape Cruiser 26 with the holding tank under the dinette bench seat. To see the level, we have to bend over and look at the back of the storage area/cabinet. We would like to build shelves and more effectively use the space, but it will be hard to see the tank level. Does anyone have any suggestions?

We found this monitor, but would like to see if anyone has used this or a different monitor.

I know of several folks who have used them both on RV's and Boats. They seem to work well, and do not have the internal fouling problem that so many sensors have.
 
We use a tri sensor monitor for the black, and two fresh water tanks on Discovery. Installed in 2005 and still working well. I don't know the brand, but it is a RV monitor panel.
