Heartland Boating C-Dory article

El and Bill I always enjoy reading your exploits .That's one of the reasons I have a cc-23 boat and i've had a cd-22 and a cd -16 . I love what these boats can do .
I hope retiring from c-dory's that Life is still an Adventure for you Jim

Nice article guys, enjoyed every portion of the voyage! What year did you do the "horseshoe"? And did you discover what the tow boat captain wanted you "to be careful of"?

I do believe I've read that before & several times at that, with this reading most enjoyable still. Thanks for sharing the link.

Great article Bill. I sold Jabez in 2003 so more than likely trip was in either 2001 or 2002. Thanks for leaving out the part about me hitting the big metal channel bouye that had drifted cross channel due to the previous weeks high waters. Man that was a very dark night and was April the 15th as I had just mailed my tax forms. I truly have enjoyed all our travels and great times..

That was a wild nighttime cruise you made that night. -- reckon it's best to stay off the water right after sending in tax money, eh?
We sure enjoyed the many times shared with you and Jabez. We'll be flying into Atlanta this week, but just there for a short time watching a granddaughter compete in the nationals in rock climbing. If we had more time, we'd drive up for a visit with you and any other nearby brats.
Off to the Med. Coast of France/Italy the next week to do a little cruise and sip some wine. Anyone be along that coast then? Might be a long cruise for a brat on a C-Dory.🌊
