Hunky Dory, Eh? for Years and Years I wanted to build the Hunky Dory from plans by Glenn L Boat Plans. They were fine Ply boats Alas I never had the time.
Is it possible to tow an Iceberg around the loop? I guess not but in Alaska ice may last a bit longer.
Examinig your menu I'd say you and Colby eat pretty similar to me with the exception I eat more green veggies. At 1/2 lb per meal and three meals a day x two people = 3lbs a day. Divided into 400lbs = 13 or 14 days of food. Maybe we don't really eat that much but I won't know until I try.
Food doesn't alway cost a fortune but it seems freeze dried foods are definitely on the higher side. But with their storage potential there would be very little loss. Cabbage, Potatoes, beets, rutabaga and cabbage are simply staples we always have.
