Good Day to all and Happy Easter Season.
Had a reason to get on the site and it has been a while.
Wanted to wish my extended C-Brat family a Happy and Blessed Easter.
The below photo has a very deep meaning to me.
We have just sold "Mamma Byrd's" lake house which was the base camp for several gatherings. As you know Mom passed away Dec 2011 and truly left a big ol void in my life. The below photo was taken just prior to Easter in 2009. Terry Myers of "Last Dance" was assisting us refurbish the Easter Bunny where Mom enjoyed taking annual Easter pictures of her grandchildren. Another interesting point of this picture is that in Jun08 I had my first stroke and lost dexterity in my fingers and could not tie my shoes...until the morning Terry and I were going to hang the eggs in the tree. I prayed for improved health that sunrise overlooking the lake...and BINGO...it was the first time I was again able to tie the fishing string knots. Two days prior I had to have help re-tying my boat shoes. I have also since lost touch with Terry...would appreciate any feedback from anyone who has seen/talked or traveled with him of late. Last post I can see was when he was pondering selling Last Dance.

Many thanks to all my friends on here with particular thanks to the "SENSEI" family who have been a large part of my physical and mental recovery times over the past few years....thru the farm and fun on the waters. Will be back up there in May.
