Great Customer Service from Water Witch

I just want to give a shout out to Water Witch. I have one of their model 101 mini switches. It was kind of the only thing that would fit nicely into the little bilge pump well that someone set up on our C-Dory 22. I was having an issue with it (still not sure if it was a problem with the unit or something I did) and called up the manufacturer. Not only did a live person immediately answer the phone, they shipped a new unit out to me the same day! In this day and age of zero customer service, I just wanted to take the time to recognize a company that takes care of their customers. I'll buy from them again even if it may not be the ideal fit for my need!
