Goyo has been sold

GOYO

New member
Goyo was purchased this afternoon by a very nice couple from Renton. They plan to use her for cruising Puget Sound and the San Juans. Kelly is a member of the Coast Guard Aux. and plans to use her as a coast guard facility. I would not be surprised if they are seen at future C-Dory gatherings. As for Beledia and I we shall return in one form or another. We are looking forward to the next boating adventure.

Welcome aboard Kelly. We will look forward to meeting you in the future. I am also in the CGAux in Anacortes. The 25 makes a great platform for a CGAux facility.

:( Steve, sorry to see/hear you're now both officially boatless. However, I realize that sometimes one has to do what one has to do. I'd be interested to hear what your plans are...

We are very excited about becoming C-Brats. We have been serching for the right boat for 3 years and find Goyo to be all that we could ask for. Hope to see you all on the water soon.

Rgds, Debbie and Kelly Garber

Kelly and Debbie, welcome to the Brats and congratulations on the "new" boat. It looks great, you have started a long way up the dory-chain!

Come to SBS11, meet all your new "shipmates"!

Charlie

welcome aboard Debbie and Kelley, that's a great boat you bought. A great family comes with every C dory. Have fun exploring, George

Look forward to seeing you out on the water!

Congrats on the new boat Debbie & Kelly. We're looking forward to meeting you and hopefully boating together sometime. New boat name???

And by the way, if debts go with the boat, you owe us a 1 lb bottle of propane from a particularly cold night at Jarrell's Cove! Ask Steve about that night!

Pat,
Sorry to hear your senior moments are getting worse. The propane was very much appreciated at the time and repaid at the Friday Harbor CBGT 2 months later. Goyo was sold free and clear.

Debbie and Kelly -

The beginning of a whole new phase in life - congrats on your choice. Both the boat and the 'shipmates' who come with a C-Dory (if one chooses to hang around with such a gang) are marvelous. See you on the water.

Steve and Beledia - once part of the pub, always welcome back with the crew - keep us posted on your plans.

Ah, just so. We would have been happy to stand you to the propane anyway. That Jarrell's Cove night was THE coldest I think we have ever encountered on the boat.

Hi all your C-Brats. Thanks for all the warm welcome messages. Looks lkie I need to log on more often and keep up!

Charlie - What, when and where is SBS11??

Steve - New boat name will likely be "Tres Ijas" (spanish for Three Daughters). I've been waiting to use this name for about 15 years.

Looks like you and Steve have the propane issue worked out. Lets plan on sharing a bottle of something else in the cockpit at a C-Brats event soon.

Kel
