Good deal on a neat boat

I want to bump this thread up.
It sure does have a hold on my heart. I've been in a 22' C-Dory and loved it except for the thought of trying to get in and out of the berth. We're looking for something we can head off into the sunset till whenever. Maybe just do the Loop a few times over many years.
It isn't easy right now for us to spend that kinda money, but maybe it is. I worry about it being too high maintenance.
Somebody stop me!

As for maintenance, it's a done boat. There has been hardly a repair needed in the 2+ years we've had it. If I were in your shoes, able to retire and head off into the sunset, the Devlin wouldn't be for sale. It was the right boat at the wrong time of our life. We paid 65k for it.

Feel free to see it in person. She's under cover at the LaConner Marina. She was lifted a couple of weeks ago and the bottom was fine. Replaced the zincs.

She's ready. BTW...1 gph at 7 knot cruise.
