Full cockpit cover & sloper

I have a sloper back cockpit cover, great for keeping rain water out when the boat is not in use. How do I go about adding a full cover for sun shade and camper use? The SS tubing will obstruct the sloper cover use !

I just had a large window put in the back of mine and zippers in the sides so I could reach out and snap the sides down. The top is off most of the summer, but I'm occasionally tied, or running with my stern to the rain.

The bimini top (and camper canvas frame) are removable, so you take the Binmi off when you use the slant back.

We had the bimini mounted on tracks on both sides of the inner side of the cockpit. That way the slant back could be used with the frame left in place.

Hi Martin,

On the boat I just bought, there is both the sloper back and the full bimini cover. The poles stay attached all the time on this boat and the sloper cover is modified to wrap around the bimini poles. I can send you photos if you want. I think you could likely get a local shop to make mods to your sloper cover. This is a nice setup since you can quickly but the sloper cover on to keep the rain out without having to remove the bimini poles and store them somewhere.

I have both covers. They use the same set of snaps on the boat. When the boat is not in use, the sloper is always put in place. It keeps out the rainwater, as well as leaves and other debris. I can't imagine life without it. The camperback has never been used!
