Front Page Photo

I know it may seem like overkill, but you know me. I can never have too many electronic gadgets. What's a little cement if it helps keep me, um, well reflected, or whatever.
By the way, Mark Toland placed that photo in the factory website in '98, sans cement pole. Too, that cool place is on the north end of Ruxton Island, just south of Pirates Cove, and De Courcy Island. Stop there at low tide, prior to your cruise through Dodd Narrows.
 
By the way, Brats, Bambina's overexposure was the product of her servile skipper. You too can be front and center more often than you should if you simply fork out monthly $149.98 Nerd Dues. A bargain, I'd say. Where else can a guy so cheaply buy that much self-promotion? Graft certainly has its place.
 
With all the winter weather fun you Nor' Westers have been going through, I thought you could all use a break - even if it's only a visual.

While we've escaped the nasty stuff down here in the SF Bay Area, it's still been dang cold for the last couple weeks, at least by our whimpy CA standards.

Perusing through the albums this morning, I stumbled upon this gem of a photo...what could be better, than hand-launching a 16 on a Mexican beach with a few of your friends. A few more pics of the event are here...

Since the photo mentioned here is long gone from the front page I thought it needed to be placed in the thread...it just makes more sense
that way. If I posted the wrong one...someone will correct me, I am sure.

Thanks so much for the honor of getting the front page for a while. My wife, April, took the photo of our first launch in Mexico. The location is about 30 miles north of Puerto Vallarta, MX. We spend a few months during winter here to escape the cold of our home in Las Vegas, NV.

I enjoy the C-Brats site very much. What a great job you do running the site.
By the way, My C-Dory is the envy of our fishing camp here in Mexico.
