This is a 21 year-old boat, with a balsa-cored hull, and with bottom paint, meaning that you can assume that it has been slipped or moored for most of its life.
Buying it long-distance, with little after-sale recourse, would be stressful for me...
The "bargain" could erode quickly if there are core problems...and remember, a surveyor doesn't guarantee any "hidden defect", and they typically won't do any destructive testing, which means that all defects are "hidden"...
I would be very cautious buying this even locally, but would not even think of a remote purchase.
Perhaps, just me...
