Florida's Forgotten Coast

I decided to take a week off from work and go for a cruise. I had loose plans and ended up in Apalachicola. I am three days into my short vacation and currently tied off to the dock in front of N2Deep Dive adventures (a friend of Marc Groves). Great people.

I have a belly full of fresh Apalachicola oysters (Thanks Pappa Joe's)and have been sitting here on the dock with an ice cold beer admiring the quiet tranquility of this quant little town and reflecting on the last couple of days.


Last night Marc Grove (Wefings) and his lovely wife Anita displayed some wonderful hospitality and invited me into their home for some fresh cooked red snapper Marc had recently filleted. The company, the conversation and Marc's fine cooking were all equally impressive. I am truly appreciative.
