Factory location

Tentatively stopping by the factory in Seattle next week. I have the addr on 37St NE. Can anyone give me a more exact location in what appears to be a large industrial area, north or south side of 37th? any good landmarks (coordinates) etc.
I will be southbound on I-5 from Vancouver (Canada).

Not hard to find. South of Seattle from I-5 take 405 east to Hwy 167. Go south on 167 and take a left at the S 277th st exit. follow S277th to Auburn Way and take a right. Proceed south several blocks to 37th and turn right. It is on the right side of 37th about one and a half blocks from Auburn Way. Hope this is helpful.

Just figured out the magic of Google satellite/hybrid map and found the exact location.
