To all that have pre-registered thank you very much, I look forward to meeting those that I have not met yet, and hopefully offer you some simple yet effective advice and tips on several types of common gel-coat repairs.

I am thinking that a 10-2 type of time frame is the best but I would like to know your thoughts. Let me know if this time works for you all, and hopefully I can make this beneficial to all that attend.

Sincerely,

Scott

10-2 PM is fine with me also.

As for directions - the address is

Triton Marine Industries
5375 LaBounty Drive
Ferndale, WA 98248

Google maps will do a good job of getting you there from anyplace in the area.

As I indicated before, I will be bringing enough salmon and some rockfish to feed all attendees. I will also be bringing paper plates, napkins and plastic ware. In addition, I'll be bringing one other attendee with me (Brad, the co-owner of my new TomCat - he's been lurking but I don't think he's signed up for a C-Brats account - yet). I think Rick offered to bring beer on the other thread. Via PM localboy Mark has mentioned that he will probably bring some kind of salad and Bill (Noro Lim) has also sent a PM offering to bring some food. At present, I see 13 signups including me, 15 total counting Scott and Brad. I'll have fish for 15-20. I don't think we need everyone to bring a side dish but if a few feel so inclined, lets just post what you plan to bring here. Post how many servings so we don't wind up with tons left over and/or be prepared to take all your left overs home. This should be a fun event.

I'll bring the pasta/spinach salad I mentioned, Roger. I'll bring enough for 20 people. Looking forward to the camaraderie and learning a useful skill and thanks to the factory for offering this. 8) :thup

I knew there was another thread on this topic out there, but not where. All my questions answered here. Lori may accompany me. I'll bring some of Lori's home canned pickles or something like that.

Just a suggestion from a "Right Coaster". How about someone bringing a camera and recorder (human or electronic) and take some pics and notes and put together a "how to" of the seminar being given? We will give you credit as "author author" and will have some good info to post in the tech library.

If someone is willing to fly me out, feed me, and give me a room, I will do it! :wink Didn't think so. Any authors out there going?

Yes- a video of the class would be great for the C-Brat Tech library.
I've done some gel coat repair, but it would be nice to be able to attend the class.

...Rick offered to bring beer...
I regret that I must renege on that offer. I have another engagement in Castle Rock (4 hours South) that day, so I can't stick around for the luncheon. I'll need to get on the road right after the training.
