Our marina has a sign posted that in the near future their fuel would now contain 10% ethanol.
Here in WA, all the auto fuel in gas stations seems to contain 10% ethanol. I haven't really noticed or thought about it does marine fuel (or fuel purchased at marine locations) not contain ethanol?
Seems to me I remember a CD22 being sold recently where one of the engines had problems because of ethanol.
If ethanol creates problems, is there an additive that should be used?

Welcome to the site. Not sure about where you live (I'll look it up when I can get back to it) I see you live in Seattle, Brats there will have to comment on non-ethanol availability but there are many marinas here that still sell non-ethanol gas (if it can be had) and at least two service stations in our little town and a couple of more within 15 miles that sell non ethanol gas and advertise it for boaters. I used ethanol gas in my boat a couple of times, had lots of problems and will never go back, even if I have to truck it to my pier in 5 gallon containers (and I have done that), still treating it with Blue Stabil and Startron. No problems since. (after I changed all the filters!!! :roll: )
