Boating.. cents?
I think I would safe to say that being around fellow C-Brats and on the water is priceless.
I found a cost difference this week:
1. The dry storage bill hit home for +$3400
2. New bilge pump $74
3. Had engine failure while watching the "Blue Angels" practice for this
weekends air show in VA Beach.
STRBD engine would not go above 1100RPM without stalling under
load, no load has full range. Appears to be a fuel issue, runs rough
enough to have to shut down. Returned to the marina on the PORT
engine without issue. With 440 hrs on both engines and 18 months
since the last service - here we go for repair and service on both 90s.
Hopefully all will be done by next weekend. I'm guessing that this bill
will be about $1200 if the carbs are involved.
4. I don't think that My U-Haul will do any good at the cemetery if I pass.
So, this minor setback to those priceless moments we all enjoy will be
an encouragement to move forward with a smile and stand by for
'what's next'.
Keep the Faith,
