Cockpit floor leveling pre 2003 models

Has anyone tried to level the cockpit floor in a 2002 22ft cruiser? C-Dory leveled the floor in models after 2002 and I find the uneven cockpit floor is not as comfortale for sitting and standing. LMK Thanks
 
The removable floor boards were the first attempt to have a true "floor" (or sole). in the cockpit. They were easiy taken out to wash and the hull under could be washed. My 2006 boat had those floors. After that they glassed in the floor. There have been all manor of "slatt" flooring done by owners to make it level. Most of us put mats and then a carpet over dri deck tiles. But there are many "solutions". I doubt that the molds for the floors still exist.
 
the best thing ive seen was a two piece panel made from composite decking material.
