While cleaning out the garage I come across about 20 or more paper charts that have been stored in plastic and cardboard tubes. Mostly Broughton area Gulf Islands, San Juan Island and a few of the lower Columbia River. I don’t have a clue on what to do with them all, fire starter ? Do they have a value, donate ? If anyone has any ideas that wold be great, looks like I paid on average $17 ea back in the day when they still made charts and folks knew how to read them. Look forward to hearing so ideas.
Thanks Dave

In Canada you are still required to carry paper charts. You probably could sell them to other boaters heading this water. Perhaps if you publish a list here you might find buyers for them.

The old charts in good condition are still popular for wall paper for want to be sailor's "man caves"... Some laminate them with casting resin for coffee tables, etc...

Here are some of the charts.

Hi Dave

I'm interested in the Canadian charts you have listed. Let me know if they could be mailed and the amount you're looking for. We do lots of cruising from Victoria to the Broughtons.

Hey Rolly thanks for your interest in the Canada charts.
I will go down to the UPS store and see what the price is to send them to you. I already have a shipping tube you can have.
Perhaps we should switch to email now so we don’t plug up the site with a personal transaction.
My email is drlaabs@comcast.net
Thanks Dave
