CCI anchor rode

I need to replace my anchor rode. I find a good deal on a spool of 8 plait 5/8” but I can’t find any reviews on this brand, at least not as an anchor rode. I find this at a place that does commercial fishing, mostly set net, drift net.

Any one in here knows anything about it?
 
Most of the windlass on C Dorys use 1/2" nylon rode, with HT 1/4" chain. I used Sampson 8 plait. Will the 5/8 work in your Windlass?
