C-Map chip for North Carolina

My Raymarine Chart Plotter uses C-Map chips. I have been trying to buy a chip for the region from Norfolk VA to FL, NA-C307. Unfortunately no chips are currently being made to the older format, and I can't find a source.

Does anyone have a C-Map chip, NA-C307, that they'd like to sell or rent to me for the month of October?

Rick, I think I have one you can borrow, the E-80 is on the boat in VA though and I'm in CA (San Diego). Will be back this weekend, I'll let you know. Send me a PM to remind me, Labor Day will be a busy weekend but I've got folks coming to look at the CAT and will be able to look at the chip. What kind of plotter do you have and will it use the same chip as the E-80?

Hi Charlie,

Thanks for seeing if you can help.

My plotter is a Raymarine SL series SL70C from around 2002. It uses the early versions of C-Map chips, i.e. C_Map NT, C-Map NT+, and I think it might work with NT+Wide. Unfortunately, it doesn't work with later versions of C-Map.

Rick, will look tomorrow when we get back. Presently at 37,000 Ft out of San Diego, "East Bound and Down"... whatever that means...

If not, I've got portable Garmin 76 CSx you can have for the duration, it has a chip in it for that area but not sure if it will fit your big unit.

Come to think of it, Thataway might have a chip in it that will work but I think Dr. Bob's stuff was Lowrance and something else Simrad maybe??. Haven't been close enough to her to even look this past week.
