I was on the site yesterday and everything was working fine. But the day before yeaterday I was not able to get on the C-Dory site.

The C-Dory factory site appears to be up and running with most information
fairly current and complete on MOST models. However, the TonCat 255 is
conspicous be it's lack of information and or updating.

Virtually all the info categories on the TomCat are black holes, zip, nada!
Scrolling down to Published Reports there are indeed two. One from Power Boat Reports and one from Trailer Boats. Alas, both of these are in reference
to the 24' TomCat. Not exactly the current "TomCat", thus an apalling lack of information and/or updating on the TC255 Also there is no pretext of a pricing sub category on the TomCat 255, but I guess that's OK because it probably would be followed by another black hole.

I trust the Fac-guys will get around to upgrading the site as time permits.

Has anyone prowled the C-Dory WEB Site lately? I've tried just about every link on the http://www.c-dory.com/boats/tomcat_255/TomCat%20255.htm web page and either get a blank black screen or a 404 Site not found error.

The only links that seem to work are the Articles, and Table of Contents. I've tried multiple browsers with the same (Nothing) results.

Is it me or them?

John

Them

Each link point to the TC24 related htm files instead of TC 255 files. In other words the links are incorrect.

Whether due to design or inattention, the C-Dory site is chronically behind on photos and information.

It is kind of embarrassing when, as just last weekend, I gave the site address to a prospective new TomCat 255 buyer who wanted more info on the new model TomCat. He got on the site, was confused over the conflicting information and mislabeled photos. The site says the TomCat has 130 gallon fuel tanks, the bunk photo is of the old model with only two anchor locker hatches, and all the clicks to get more info led to blank screens or 404 messages. Too bad. Maybe they could post accurate info and photos on their C-Brats site?

Also, the articles seem to be about the old TomCat 24 model.

We have no dealers around here and I don't have the time to clarify all these things to prospective buyers all by myself.

It looks like C-Dory is updating the look & feel of their website. Some links are broken, but if you want to see the new look, use following link.

ok thank you

I tried one of the email addresses twice and both were returned undeliverable. I think they switched on a new ISP on 9/3 according to whois and email server was configured to accept email. m2cw

Dr John

I downloaded the 3 pdfs on the main page then email them to folks.

Here are the links to use instead of emailing the files

Skagit Orca

Tom Cat

The first 2 are well done but the Tom Cat is only one page.

Sure it is from 2004 but very useful for interested parties.
I printed them on a color laser printer and they look great.
