c-dory verse sea sport

The whole interior of my boat including the bulkhead and door has been removed in my boat. Primarily a fishing platform I have made it almost exactly like the 16' and 19' anglers in design. To install the pedestal I sanded the gelcoat to glass and glassed in a 3/4" pc of plywood. Applied a couple coats of gelcoat. I used a standard 2' pedestal from west marine and mounted it with lag bolts and 5200. The plywood was put in to just keep holes out of the deck, I used 1" 1/2 stainless lag screws.
