what yr are the engines Yamaha had 3yr warrantys some had the extra 3 yrs .So the motors might still have warranty . That would be one less worry . Have the boat surveyed if no damage then buying a boat for 25k is about half of what a new one might cost .
Af115 yamaha might be worth 3-5 k trailer another 2k so the hull with elec tronics 20k or so ? It all dependswhat shape they are in . and warranty or not ?
