Is anyone familiar with the above two rivers so much so that they could recommend a good launch ramp for memorial weekend?

Never launched there, but I used to launch from the town marina in Havre de Grace on the other side. They have a nice facility there.

I never thought about it there because it freshwater but I bet that would be just fine. I’m on my way to the Bohemian River. The last time I was at Harvard Grace was in the fall and it was so full of weeds and flotsam and it was in a mess. But I bet on Memorial Day it would be fresh and clean from the Susquehanna River washing it
