I saw this on cragslist and called the guy about it. i cant do it at this time but he has emailed me that the price is now 7ooo. thats a pretty good deal if you want to keep you boat covered in the water.

The low price may reflect that it does not meet fire code and needs to be upgraded to steel siding and roof. Hard to tell from the picture, so just a guess.

No, but it would be a great place to house your 2nd Tomcat. As before, Tom and I would be happy to look after your boat for you. We'd start the engines a few times a month and take it out crabbing or fishing to make sure it stays running nicely. :wink:
