Alarms ... for a quick fix i attached a "Home Depot" battery alarm sensor type, out side my bedroom window (had it aimed at tool shed) it had a good range and worked quite well ... if your bed room lines up with your boat (drive-way) it may be a cheap temporary system till you weld everything down on the boat ... talking $15 patch not a final solution .... our bedroom is up one floor and we sleep with it cracked open we would reach out and turn it on at nite and off in the morning ... wc
