Mike --
Yep, sure have. One time a rather large sailboat came into the head of the cove (where we had anchored in 8 feet of water at high tide -- low was going to be down 6 feet) and they anchored! We had to dinghy over to them and almost argue with them that they might have to leave a little early, since they had a 6 foot draft. When they got the drift, so to speak (we think they felt we wanted seclusion at our anchorage and wanted to get rid of them), they were very appreciative of our suggestion -- especially since they only moved into water 12 feet deep and the next morning we had to pull them off the mud since they were just touching and couldn't move. Ah --- yes --- the "tides of life, unerring and deep" (sometimes)
