Bimini - quick release Camperback top for fishing

So we used the top of our camper back top (bimini) last week and it was great. For fishing, when we are catching lots of fish it would just be in the way of rods, nets, gaffs and harpoons. What I was thinking was using zip ties on the stern attachment I could quickly cut them to lean the camperback forward towards the door but this just seems clumsy and it would then be in the way of moving fore and aft.

Any bright ideas on how to deal with this issue easily and efficiently? Love the idea of shade/staying dry but hate the idea of wrestling fish and gear around the frame that holds the top up.

Thanks for any ideas or solutions!

I don't have a camper back, but my bimini has one hard pin mount and straps at the front and back. The straps have spring hooks that clip to eyes on the boat. I can just undo the clips on one end (front or back) and fold the bimini forward or aft depending on what I need.

Having adjustable straps allows the bimini angle to be adjusted as necessary too.

We used quick release pins on the aft solid support aft on the last 22's Bimini.

This is the type of fitting on top of the gunnel:

Thanks you guys. I'm going to start playing with the Canvas in the driveway and really try to get this figured out. Need to figure out how to fish in the shade this summer!

I have these pins and made a little lanyard out of braided SS leader through the tiny hole on the end and then fastening them w/SS pop rivets to the bimini tubing. Always handy and no more dropping them overboard.
