Another Wallas malfunction???

I don't want to be a 'wet blanket' (pun intended), and don't want to start a flame war (pun intended) . . . However,

I am not a lawyer, and know little about internet-based libel or slander laws, but I'd be very cautious about making unsubstantiated 'hints' like the one contained in this message. It may (?) be intended as a 'joke' (?), but I'll bet there are many people out there that would not see the humor in it. I could see a mfg or dealer getting bent out of shape enough to sue for damages (real or imagined).

I could also see the C-Dory site get its @$$ in a wringer by allowing this to remain in public view. We'd all hate to see this happen.

To the best of my knowledge, there is ABSOLUTELY NO EVIDENCE to link this situation with Wallas! Correct me if I'm wrong.

Anybody who can't see that it is a joke is too dumb to afford a lawyer anyway. I think we're safe.

But if we do get sued, DaNag is the one making the millions off of this site.

Oh, and I know for a fact that DaNag makes less than $775,250 per year from "perks", Mike. Don't exaggerate.

Your facts come up a little short. Bill gets $775k from the Google ads. The millions he gets directly and he ain't sharing.
 
I think it will be a rare day when someone sues over somthing that was said over the internet.... slander laws just don't seem to apply when it comes to the internet..... if they did the courts would be totally over run with cases from Blogs... and My Space... bah! I don't think anyone has to worry.
Besides everything said is always in one's own opinion... and that's legal..
