Some time ago I created an Amortization Calculator for some of our Title Insurance companies. Not long ago I made it so it is web compatible. I decided to put it on a site I experiment with so now you can use it for calculating boat payments to real estate purchases. I think it is a neat calculator, it is easy to use and you can do a lot of what if’s with it. If you have a slow connection, it may take up to half a minute to load.
