For those of you who were there, mayby it will bring a smile to your face. For those of you were not there, this is the way C-BRATS were and should always be. Great fun!

RIP Oscar! You were my "fovever" dog.

We are headed down to Lakewood on the 20th to visit Bill and El! What great memories!

Take a look!

Great slide show(s). I watched the Lake Powell one, and some of the music ones too. Love the music, on the C-Brats one and the others too. Thanks Pat. Great talent. Great memories.

The music on the C-Brat Slide Show is a very talented guiarist named Javier Van Velthoven. I bought that album on the steps of the cathedral in Barcelona. Javier was out playing on the cathedral steps with his guiar case open with the CDs in it. Later I learned he is a famous classical guiarist who trained with Segovia. That music is our usual sundowner fare on a peaceful evening in some favorite cove, it is so soothing!

Pat, Thanks again for passing that on. It is wonderful music. What a find. I have a favorite set for relaxing to also. Classic guitar and cello, and so soothing.

Have a great day,

Nice Pat. Lots of faces we don't see much any more, or maybe we do see them and they just look a little....wiser? Thanks for posting this.

Good work, Pat. Ah, the wonderful times we have all shared with some really great folk. Your photos brought back floods of memories. We have sure been fortunate to have discovered the C-Dory and to be a part of the family since the earliest days. So great that we have had good site managers to keep up the contacts with new and old friends.

So many new people, and that is a good thing! I just thought sharing the good old days might inspire some folks to participate in the CBGTs in their neck of the woods! That has been the most important part of the whole experience. Friday Harbor to Lake Powell to the Chesapeake Bay, what a fantastic experience it has been - and we hope will continue to be! Got to get to Apalachicola, Marc!

And speaking of Friday Harbor...here is a great tune called "Leaving Friday Harbor" by John McClusker. My friend Todd Moody from Philadelphia, YouTube name Ubizmo, has an amazing version of this lovely tune played on a low D Irish whistle. We have been internet friends for a couple of years, and Patty and I met Todd in person last October in Dallas (another story). He is an amazing musician! Enjoy! This really is OUR Friday Harbor, folks, even though McClusker is from Scotland!
