I did a sea trial with the original owner. He sold the boat some years ago. She had a dive compressor under the aft cockpit seat--quite heavy. Not sure how many owners since.

Sad to see--probably an insurance write off, especially if water in the engines. Hopefully the current owner will speak up. At a slip should have had power hooked up and bilge pumps on when a leak occurred??

We all should secure all thru hulls under the water closed when leaving the boat in the water.
 
I've been in contact with the boats owner. Ironically he's a BoatUS captain. She's hauled out down in Ventura. He doesn't know the cause yet but thinks it's the scuppers.
