4th of July Plans (with boats)

I'm trying to think of where I'd like to set up camp for the 4th of July. we usually are at home or doing BBQ's, but I thought this would be a good family boating opportunity.

I haven't seen the Tacoma show, but last year as we were coming in from fishing there was an armada of boats headed out to meet us, so I know something big must be happening!

Where in the Puget Sound do you guys boat for the 4th? I thought an overnight slip vs anchorage would be ideal for us since we have a 5 yr old and I dont want to taxi him in the dinghy yet.

I'll be out at Neah Bay catching big kings and watching the native american's shoot off fireworks.

Fisherman's Bay on Lopez has great fireworks.

I can be found out in the Gulf of AK or Cross Sound hard at work
