2016 Sacramento Delta Cruise?

A bit far of a drive for me, and I'm already planning on some other long drives this year. But who knows. Depends on when the gathering is held. Colby
 
Just a heads up for planning purposes: that Delta Cruise, headed up by Jim (Pounder), has a limit for how many boats they can accommodate, due to space at one of the overnights. In the past, it hasn't been a "y'all come" kind of gathering. We did it one year - an interesting area and group cruise. Be ready when he posts the info.

It's pretty much the same schedule every year, due to the nature of the constraints of the water, distances, yacht club, overnight, restaurant, and other considerations.

I'd recommend reading the last three or more years of the event threads to get a real feel for what to expect. (Goes for any event, really!)

Hi Elsilva,

Hope you get to make that trip, it sure sounds fun. It is a bit of a stretch from here to go down and back only to turn around and do it again, so I am passing on the Spring trip. Maybe get to do it in the fall, along with the Lake Powell trip.

Welcome to the CBATS and enjoy. Don't hesitate to ask questions. It's a great place to learn C-Dory and the folks are pretty nice too.

Hi Harvey,
Thank you for the advice, on the waiting list for the Delta run. I was waiting to hear if I was going to have surgery. Got the biopsy, Monday, negative. So, I signed back up, if someone drops I'm taking my Daughter and her Dog. Learning how to use my GPS, all the fun stuff!
