*2007 22' Cruiser ready for summer fun and adventure

Bettie's Bateau (cd22 cruiser) wants to go out and ride, play and explore this summer. To accommodate this we are lowering the price to $32,900. Come get it, we'll talk.
 
I can't believe that boat hasn't sold yet. If I were in the market for a 22 I would jump on that one. Of all the boats at St. John's River my wife was most impressed with that one because of the canopy. Instead of supports to avoid, the one vertical support is a conveniently placed, sturdy hand grip making boarding from a dock very easy even for those of us who are not so steady on our feet.
 
The boat also has a very nice Suzuki 115, I think the most desirable motor for the 22. It's first owner was Roger Rockwell (Fl rocky top), who put a lot of thought into the boat. It was never kept in the water for any length of time--Has new epoxy bottom prophylaxis,--(never any sign of blistering) and bottom paint only used for a few weeks.
 
In an effort to get Bettie's Bateau to her new owner before the end of summer we are lowering the price finally to $31,900. Anyone willing to make the trip to Pensacola will be greatly rewarded with this really pristine well equipped trailerable C-Dory 22 Cruiser.
