I am selling my 2007 C-Dory 16 cruiser with trailer and some accessories.

The boat was bought new in June of 2008 and is in good shape with only some small scuffs from normal use. It has 283.7 hours on a 2007 Honda 50 engine, also new at purchase. The trailer is a galvanized Load Rite with standard carpeted bunks and guide poles. The only reason we are selling is so we can buy a larger boat and do it all over again. For 2 people and 2 beagles and as much stuff as we carry, space has finally become an issue. It will break our hearts to see it go. We've enjoyed the "cute" factor and comments everywhere we've been. I have a ton of photos in my album to the left under my user name. Note: the photos show many items not included. I also have some videos while underway on my youtube page found under my signature avatar at the end of this post. If you are interested, send me a private message or post here and we can exchange phone numbers to talk about the boat. There is some give in the price and other add-ons that could be included to sweeten the deal.

Some of the features and add-ons that are included in the price are:

- full camperback with screens and windows
- homemade grabrail system / crashbar (one of a kind)
- 4 bumpers with custom rack
- homemade window shades and rear cargo curtain
- homemade sliding window screens
- CO/smoke alarm
- Bennet trim tabs with led indicator switch
- Permatrim
- 2 spare props
- spare oil filter and spark plugs
- 2 anchors with 100 feet 3/8 in line each
- dual batteries in boxes with isolator
- folding swim ladder
- v-berth bed
- 2 swivel cushioned seats
- storage pockets
- porta potty
- factory table
- dual electric wipers
- 3 portable fuel tanks with 21 gallons gas included
- fire extinguisher
- cabin and nav lights
- custom overhead console
- radio pod with cd/sd/ipod/usb/stereo
- 4 JBL Marine speakers
- PA speaker
- custom rack ready for radar and vhf antenna (not included)
- horn
- guidepoles on trailer
- 2 new spare tires on brackets on trailer

It does not include any of the Garmin system seen in the photo album or VHF/antenna and other small items seen there. Again, please contact me to verify any questionable items. The pictures below are the most recent.

Also, I will include a 65" Toshiba HDTV ($2500 in 2004). It's in great shape and works fine. We recently upgraded to a 73" 3DTV and the old one needs to go.

Not exactly easily as I have made it. There are {18} 1/4" bolts holding it down as a solid single piece. I did not use the allen screws in the 6 base mounts because they had too much give. They are welded instead. The entire rack is for sale separately if someone wants it. It will only fit a 16 cruiser. Considering the size of it, local pickup would make more sense. The rack weighs 25 lbs with mounting hardware. It could possibly be modified to disconnect the upper ladder section.

Hmmm. I love the boat we just have no use for the rack or camper shell as we will only be diving off of it.

Your videos are very thorough so thank you for those by the way

I used Cory to get my TomCat from Baltimore to Seattle. He also picked up my trailer in Florida. Total cost to me was around $5k in the summer of 2010. As for the rack you don't think you will need/want for diving, it may turn out to be a good place to hang/stow dive gear. With the trim tabs and the relatively narrow transom of a 16, I think you'll want the dive ladder mounted on the side of the cockpit.

With the narrow beam of a 16, I wonder if you would be better off using a "T" ladder off some part of the transom. Some of them will accept a bracket which puts them at an angle which will clear a trim tab.

Even in a 18 foot wide beam boat I have had to "counter balance" as divers come aboard from a side ladder.

Our boat was finally sold to a C-Brat. He is a new Brat but a well seasoned sailor. It was strange to see it hooked up to someone else's vehicle but, nice to see it have a good owner. For those who are curious, the price was 16 k without the grabrail. Now on to other projects. I should have my new tow vehicle by the end of the month and we'll go forward from there.

For the admin: you may delete this ad when you see fit, thank you.
