I cant believe I'm sitting here in Iraq, not even having redeployed back to the USA yet, and the military is already having us do mission planning for Afghanistan. This would make it pretty silly for me to keep my pristine C-Dory sitting in storage for yet another year.

If she is to sell, it would be in the very low $43K range just to make her go away to a happy family seeking a fully loaded, excellent condition boat with, can you believe, only about 25 hours of fresh water use.

Her equipment list includes but is not limited to (as I'm sure I will forget a few things):
Green in color
Full camper canvas with roll up windows and fixed screens, stainless poles
transom bar
swim step
Honda 75 with yes, just about 25 hours all fresh water
New Delta Anchor and shiny stainless roller system
Deck Boards
Full Glass door
interior grab rails
radar arch with rocket launchers from the factory
2 fishing rod holders flush mounted into the transom
Ritchie Compass
Full Raymarine Package that includes:
-VHF Radio
-C70 or C80 (cant remeber which I installed summer 08 but i think the 80)
-Separate Color Sounder/fish finder
Full shore power w/ 3 additional interior outlets installed
Water tank/sink has never been filled/used
Alcohol Stove has never been filled/used
Porta Potty has never been taken out of the box yet
AM/FM/CD radio with interior and exterior BOSE speakers
Antennas and GPS mounted to radar arch
Trailer is galvinized EZ Loader roller 2007 or 8

This boat is spectacular, only being sold due to my current military situation, presently financed by USAA for easy payoff and title clearing.

I have just placed a deposit on a new alaskan series sport dingy and a 5 hp honda outboard. Both can be negotiated into the price if you wish.

I hope that she finds a wonderful home. I am happy to answer any of your questions regarding the boat. She is available to be seen in Pennsylvania where she is in storage at a friend's house while I am in Iraq.

I am sorry that you have to sell your boat due to those circumstances but I hope you do and get out from under payments when over there.

Does this mean you dont need the radar cable anymore? Sorry you have to stay for another year. Are you getting any time home at all? I for one think you guys are doing a great job for a worthy cause

First, Thanks for your service for our country. I can only imagine how frustrating it must be to have to make those kind of plan changes.

Second, Rabbit's Hutch sounds like a very nice package. I should hope that you can deal it without having to loose any on it. You don't deserve that.

Third, It's a long way from he upper left coast, but will see if there is anything we can do from here to help out. Do you have the Rabbit's Hutch listed on the homepage listing, bottom right corner, For Sale By Owners corner?

I always appreciate your kind words of encouragement. This region of the world is ... well... let's just say below par...

I have not yet posted the boat for sale in the bottom right corner but certainly should.

Perhaps by way of this email, Management can assist in doing so???? I'm not sure if I need to copy/paste the entire email content there and create a new posting...

Whatever help you all can offer to sell her would be greatly appreciated. I certainly priced the package with a great price considering her engine hours and condition.

This is my second lengthy deployment since owning her and having her just in storage with 25 hours on the engine is crappy...

Gary keep your head down and your spirits up. No telling what C-Dory has up their sleeves for the 2010 models an the ICW isn't going anywhere and will be waiting for you when you return. Thanks for your service and good luck with the sale.
