might be very very interested. any water in the hull i need to know about? other known issues?
 
If anyone would like to have this checked out by a knowledgeable BRAT, I'll look for one. If anyone would like my opinion, my daughter lives about 30 minutes from there and I go there all the time. Would be happy to give it a once over, take pix etc. for you.

This does seem a reasonable price for a 22 of that vintage!

Well, C Hardy, congratulations on the quick sale, and thanks for offering me first right of refusal should anything collapse. I wish no one any bad luck, but I am hoping for a break.
