A couple of suggestions: How many hours on the engine? What electronics? What stove, any other covers (camper back , Bimini, window coverings,) windlass, anchoring gear?
Give as much information as you can about the boat.
 
The C-Dory has an anchor deck pipe, chain and anchor, diesel stove-heater, center window, canvas cockpit, swim ladder, CB Radio and Antenna, Electric Wiper, camping cover, and a complete boat cover for storage. The motor has about 300 hours.
