1989 22 Cruiser for sale $28,500

We have decided to move up to a 25-foot cruiser so our C-Casa will have to go.
I will be happy to provide detailed information to interested parties, but following are some basic details:
Power: 90 HP Honda 2016, approximate 300 hours. Under warranty for two more years. Spare prop. This engine has a NMEA 2000 interface connected to the MFD.
Steering: Baystar hydraulics 2015
Electronics: Raymarine E78 MFD with Navionics charts. Raymarine EV-1 with a P-70 auto pilot controller , Raymarine fish finder with down vision, RS 120 GPS, Icom 506 VHF with DSC and AIS receiver. All coupled via a NMEA 2000 network.
New gas tanks installed in 2015
Lewmar Pro Sport anchor windlass with chain and rope attached to a Bruce 12 kg. anchor. Additional Danforth style anchor and rode
Updated upholstery throughout, as well as privacy window covers.
Full camper back enclosure
Full storage cover
Dri-dek flooring in the cockpit.
Tandem galvanized trailer with 4-wheel Kodyak disk brakes

This should sell fast. The boat has been very tastefully upgraded! Only a 2 year old engine, Permitrim, with trim tabs, and NMEA interfaced--autopilot--the E78 can use the Quantum radar--and other newer RayMarine sounder upgrades.
