60,000: For sale 1984 C-Dory Longhouse Cruiser/Fishing Vessel fully restored, and one of very few ever built (apparently, there's few of these models in existence or fully restored). Stored in a heated garage.

Engine: Volvo turbocharged inboard diesel engine 110HP, mated to a Volvo 280 Duo-prop sterndrive. Burns 1.9 gal fuel per hour (yeap). Includes two 50 gal fuel tanks. Low hours (approximately 450hrs). Inspection and maintenance records available to view.

Steering: New Teleflex hydraulic helm pump installed at main side steering station. New Teleflex sterndrive steering cylinder. System has zero leaks or issues and works perfectly. The outside (bulkhead) steering station starboard side.

Layout: V-berth forward, with marine head under port side cushion. Storage under v-berth and starboard side cushion. Main cabin includes table/benches that double as a bed to port side; inside steering station to starboard; and small galley behind steering. Good storage under all seats and in drawers. Full "Alaskan bulkhead" and closable door at rear of main cabin. On the back deck, there are two 50gal storage holds in-floor behind each side of bulkhead door. The fuel tank is under the floor behind storage holds, and the engine compartment/bilg/hydraulic pump area is in the rear of boat.

Hull (27' long x 8' wide): High quality balsa-corded sandwich construction in excellent condition. No signs of groundings, damage, blisters, delamination, transom cracks or other structural issues. Bottom is clean and smooth. Hull includes two factory-installed external longitudinal ribs to stiffen this longer-than-normal C-dory hull. New stainless steel thru-hulls installed for head inlet and outlet. Gel-coat has been completely wet-sanded, buffed and waxed back to great condition with green trim accents.

Interior: Teak finished woodwork; Jabsco marine head with Y-valve and 15 gal tank.

Upholstery: In like new condition; no odors, stains or tears

Galley: Faucet with small water tank draw under cabinet. ORIGO electric/alcohol stove. Several drawers and storage shelf.

Electrical: All wiring updated; new DYNO batteries, Blue Sea System 12 volt panel, VHF marine radio, furuno system, electric stainless steel anchor/chain system at bow.

Hydraulic gurdy system: Includes reservoir tank, main pump, stainless lines and two Pacific Kin drive motors; removable gantries swing outside for fishing/stabilizing and inside for running. Two custom boat stabilizers and one lead ball. Hydraulic system can be left as is or removed to convert to a cruiser.

Exterior woodwork: All replaced with Starboard composite plastic

EZ4 anchor puller and anchor: Ground tackle complete. ~720’ anchor tackle, 1/4” 12-strand Dyneema Uhmpe line, 8,900 tensile, 1 splice with stitching, 1/2” double braid nylon line, 7800# tensile, 2 splices, 1/4”X25’ grade-40, hot-galvanized IOS chain, and EZ anchor swivel bowsprit (large)

Trailer: Dual axle Calkins trailer. Like New tires; trailer is rewired all lights work.
