Alma's Only, with Dayna and David, will launch Friday, and overnight at anchor in a creek off the south shore of the James. Will furnish lat/long by cell phone, once we're in place. We'll monitor 13, 16 and 68, and plan on meeting the group at the mouth of the Chickahominy on Saturday, heading upriver and spending two nights at Rivers Rest. Steve, if you could give me a call when you depart Smithfield, we'll time our move back across the James.

I just returned from two nights at anchor on the Chickahominy, launching at Rivers Rest. The place looked great, and we're anxious to spend a couple of nights there with everyone.

Steve & Joan,

Thanks for a wonderful dinner Thursday night. The food was great and the company & conversation were excellent. We look forward to cruising with everyone in the future.

Dick & Suzanne

What a wonderful cruise we had with great C-BRAT friends. Thanks to all, and especially to Steve & Joan for putting it together and also for hosting a fabulous pre-cruise party. And also a special thanks to David (Alamas Only) for providing me with some one-on-one docking training for those eastern docks with small fingers and pilings. We'll be posting some photos of the cruise and if you will send us your e-mail addresses we can e-mail you the photos of your particular boat. My e-mail is: robmcclain.13@gmail.com

By the way, for those of you who saw the silverware trays we have under our dinette table, they are currently on sale at Camping World. Still a ridiculous price, but certainly very handy from our perspective.

Hello All,

Ernie and I had great time on the cruise. A lot of good food and conversations. We hope to see all of you soon. Joan and Steve thanks for all your hard work and the hospitality before and after the trip.

Nadine and I enjoyed the trip and the company, too. The bumpy ride back on the last day was a real adventure with green (or brownish) water over the bow even at only 6 kts. Hope to see everyone on the water again soon.

Gee, almost feel guilty for having a smooth ride home. But, since we just had to go from the slip to the ramp, that's understandable. As I watched the white lights of the other four cruising partners disappear into the early morning, it was with fond memories of a great time, and thoughts of what I thought would be your smooth ride home. Sorry about the bumps!

TyBoo has set up an album for all of our photos from the cruise. I will post mine within the next few days. Please consider posting yours as well.
Best regards,
Steve Baum
