I carry two 50lb ballast bags on my 22 cruiser. Have twins with permtrims and no tabs. Fully loaded with water tank and multiple passengers I list port significantly. Sometimes even with one passenger. The twins can balance it but effects my bow height which sucks when I wanna trim my bow down...

I LOVE this. Do you happen to remember the size of the shim’s? I feel like that would be the hardest part. Lots of guessing and re-do. Looks like maybe 1x1in on outside and maybe 1x2 inside?
